Move the Assembly to support students holders of university scholarships from the universities and institutes of Russia Federation, loan to study in the country, providing them with the information required for difficulties and the progress that might encounter them, and follow them year by year, to reach the stage of graduation. Hernia of the assembly without the awareness – mentoring for students holders of university scholarships from the Russian Federation to study at the University, where the meeting is held annually in the center of the pool in which those students with loved ones, such as travel to Russia, to explain the difficulties and progress that may pass by the student the Lebanese in Russia.  Since September 2010.

Played the "Association of professional universities and the Institutes of the Soviet Union" an important role on the Lebanese scene, the continuous strengthening of the capacities of graduates in scientific fields, since its inception in the seventies of the last century. Has been developed for the Assembly to attend its scientific in recent years, through lectures and seminars organized by the center, targeted to follow the latest scientific achievements in the different disciplines, put them at the disposal of the graduates. The organization of scientific seminars and lectures, in the heart of the work of the Association of graduates, so as to keep abreast of new innovations, and the mechanisms developed in the different disciplines.
